This list is confusing! How does it even work?
Okay, it's like this. I like world building. I don't like placing limitations on people. Lots of canon lists pair up characters from the books to create wizarding families, and that just seems... boring.
The Hogwarts Lives canon list lists the characters we know exist, and then the surnames of the characters we know live in the wizarding world.
Additionally, the epilogue doesn't exist on Hogwarts Lives. The canon kids are on the list, but you can change things up if you want to.
Don't forget, there are relationships other than just parents and children. Your character could be a cousin, niece or nephew of the characters from the books as well.
